From the airport local bus cost $3, taxi $25, airport express $12. 
It is cheaper to  take local bus #424, then 98 B line to WATERFRONT, then walk 2 blocks left and 2 blocks on the right. 
From bus depo call for free pick up or take bus # 9 $2.25, stops in front of hostel on West Pender and Homer st.
